The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 970 m² garden site. Situated 5 m from the sea. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are

3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren um den Jahreswechsel eines dieser urigen, tollen Häuschen in Dänemark und können diese von daher schon etwas miteinander vergleichen. Zu diesem Haus: ++ hervorragende Lage mit tollem Meerblick an einem langen Sandstrand ++ Küche vollständig ausgestattet (Elektrogrill, Handmixer, Rührstab, Kochgeschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Schüsseln, Kochmesser, uvm.) ++ sehr wenig Touristen (Weihnachten) ++ schöner 14 km Wander(rund)weg ab Haustür durch ein Naturschutzgebiet am Meer entlang -- bei unserem Besuch leider nicht gut vorbereitet (insbesondere in den Schränken Dreck und Krümel, Badspiegel schlierig, leere Toilettenpapierrolle??, kein Formular für Wasser / Strom und weitere Kleinigkeiten) -- Kamin "zieht sehr schlecht", d.h. er lässt sich nur mit viel Aufwand nutzen. Ich bin dieszgl. kein Laie. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Haus weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen - die Lage entschädigt die wenigen Minuspunkte. Tipp: Schlüsselkasten am Haus auf der linken Seite (vom Meer kommend) an der Tür zu einem kleinen Abstellraum.

Haus in Top-Lage. Direkt am Strand. Vorderes Grundstück gepflegt. Hinter dem Haus allerdings "Aufräumbedarf" - 2 Bootstrailer, Bauelemente aus Metall und Holz am Haus. An und hinter den Schuppen Überfahrtbleche für die Trailer, Leitern, Pflastersteine usw. Im Haus gute Matratzen, hilfreiche Geräte (Waschmaschine u. Trockner). Der Besitzer müsste sich intensiver um Haus und Einrichtung kümmern - vieles ist verwohnt und "in die Jahre gekommen"! Die Lage und der Blick sind einmalig -aber das ersetzt nicht alles! Wasseruhr ablesen, wie von Sonne u. Strand gefordert, ist nicht möglich, weil der Anschluss unter einer Betonplatte im Rasen versteckt ist!!

Hasmark has one of the best bathing beaches in Funen and is surrounded by preserved nature area.

Hasmark is situated on the 77 km long Kattegat coast of north Funen and with a view towards the tip on Funen 'Fyns Hoved'. A number of good bathing beaches are available on the long, straight stretch of coast. From Hasmark the distance to Odense is 20 km and to Otterup 7 km. Towards east the conservation areas 'Enebærodde' and 'Odense Fjord' are situated, and both are important resting places for migratory birds. This tongue is a lovely nature area with a rich bird life and a lighthouse from the year 1869. It is popular to drive on bicycle, walk, fish and have a picnic here. In the summer time it is possible to buy groceries in the holiday house area, and you will find good shopping possibilities in Otterup.

As soon as you leave the motorway, you immediately sense the atmosphere and the idyll that characterise Funen. With more than 120 castles, manor houses and almost 90 islands, Funen is something quite unique that you will not experience anywhere else.
Funen is called 'the garden of Denmark'. Neat gardens, parks and a number of nurseries together with the small cosy village environments characterize the magnificent landscape.
Plenty of water, kilometres of beaches, hill sides, dunes, archipelago and marinas are at your disposal here. Inland you can enjoy the green recreational areas, woods, streams, grave mounds, long barrows, manor landscapes and beautiful village churches.
All over Funen you will come across the many farm shops and road stalls, where everything from homegrown strawberries to artware and pottery are sold.
