Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 163 m² and is build in 1993. In 2014 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-saving heat pumps. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. The holiday home is situated on a 1800 m² natural site. Situated 15000 m from the sea. Situated 300 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 700 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home. You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3 m wide, 8 m
long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 12 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation. You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal. Free internet through cable at your disposal.

Sommerhuset dannede en perfekt ramme om vores efterårsferie med familien. Poolen, spa'en og saunaen blev flittigt benyttet, så vi så med spænding frem til slutafregningen. Der var ingen grund til bekymring, for vi kom kun af med ca. 1600 kr. pga varmepumper. Vi var 9 personer og det passede perfekt til huset. Der er 12 sovepladser, men det vil nok lige være i overkanten.
Sommerhuset ligger dejligt tæt ved vandet, så der blev gået mange ture. Vi var heldige med vejret, så også denne del blev flittigt bebyttet.

Super Ferienhaus... Sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung und alles da was man braucht. Sehr hilfsbereiter Service. Leider war mir der Pool bisschen kalt, da ich mit meinen Kindern da war aber ansonsten war der Aufenthalt einfach nur zu empfehlen. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Det er et dejligt, roligt sommerhusområde her i Amtoft og en fin beplantning giver læ på de store grunde. De lokale veje og tætklippede græsstier giver nem adgang til fods til strand, købmand, café og den lille havn i Amtoft. Huset er udmærket, om end lidt slidt. Der er, hvad der skal være, men lidt snævert til 12 personer. Til gengæld er der en dejlig stor pool. Grunden med terrasse og stor græsplæne er velegnet til leg og boldspil.

Schränke öffnen und schliessen schlecht. Türen Terasse neu einstellen. Matratzen teilweise verdreckt. keine Übersicht über wasserverbrauch.im Sommer sehr schlecht ohne fliegengitter oder defekt. Unkraut wuchs Terasse welches nicht entfernt wird. aussenanlage mangelnde pflege. Backofen verdreckt.

Huset har en god opdeling i forhold til soverum/poolområder.
Der er hvad der skal være og værelserne er store og pæne.
Poolrummet er meget slidt og ikke særlig indbydende.
Der er ikke gardiner i opholdsrum og poolrum, hvilket ville have været rart.

Amtoft is a small and cosy village, situated in the cove 'Amtoft Vig' by the Liim Fiord.
Amtoft is surrounded by the Liim Fiord, the bird sanctuary Vejlerne and peaceful nature areas with forest, and because of its location, the destination is ideal for especially bird enthusiasts and nature lovers.
The town has a good beach and a cosy marina, where you find tables, benches, a bbq area and a grocer's shop. In Thisted (24 km) and Fjerritslev (25 km) you will find good shopping possibilities and more restaurants.

Here at the Liim Fiord you will find tranquil water, fresh air, vast moor landscapes, characteristic nature and a rich animal life. The area offers lovely natural experiences for those, who prefer quiet surroundings, activities, water sport and culture.

The dimensions of the swimming pool are 8 x 3 x 1,2 metres. Length x width x depth are measured on the widest, longest and deepest place.
When you collect your key you will receive a special brochure regarding your stay in a holiday home with swimming pool.
To enjoy a successful holiday you have to observe a few simple bathing rules, which are mentioned in the holiday home.
It costs energy to heat up large quantities of water. You can reduce the energy consumption by drawing the thermal cover over the swimming pool. By doing that you will reduce both the energy consumption and the evaporation in the pool area.
The water temperature of an indoor swimming pool typically varies between 24-28° C.
Control
All houses with swimming pool or pre-filled whirlpool will be visited by one of the specially trained service workers of Sol og Strand - at least once a week. The visit is free of charge.
The Environmental and Mulcipal Food Control Unit in Denmark educate our service workers and they have all received a diploma of swimmingpool technique and water quality. This is your guarantee for an accurate control with private swimming pools and whirlpools when you rent a holiday home with Sol og Strand. But still you cannot compare the swimming pools and whirlpools of a holiday home with common swimming baths.
The control visit could have been carried out just before your arrival - or perhaps it will take place during your stay.
During the control visit the chlorine and pH value will be analyzed, controlled and perhaps adjusted. Simultaneously the temperature and clearness of the water is controlled and the technique is tested.
Water quality
The water quality of the swimming pools and pre-filled whirlpools in holiday homes is superb. Therefore, it is important that you observe a few simple bathing rules that are available in the holiday home.
In order to give you the optimum water quality, the number of persons must correspond to the number of persons, which was stated by the booking. This is decisive in order for the service worker to dose the suitable amount of chlorine. The more persons, who use the swimming pool, the faster the chlorine is used. The chlorine value is adjusted individually in relation to your holiday.
