Description
Nice holiday home with good outdoor space, situated on a quiet and closed road. The house is furnished with loft, where 2 of the sleeping areas are located. Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 128 m² and is build in 1987. In 2002 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer with a capacity of 48 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1230 m² natural site. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. A 18 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace.
Swing. Sandbox. You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation. The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Fint hus med fin beliggenhet. Noen mangler som burde vært rettet opp i forkant og som i gjorde at husets standard kunne vært bedre. Invasjon av maur i badstuen så den kunne ikke brukes. Dusjen var ødelagt, liten varmtvannbeholder så vannet ble raskt kaldt under dusjing. Støvsuger funket dårlig, Liten og gammel tv, radio/ stereo funket dårlig.

Wir haben telefonisch vereinbart, dass Sie bei der Ankunft das Haus reinigen, und wir sollen das Haus bei Ihrer Abreise reinigen. Diese Verabredung haben Sie telefonisch zugestimmt. Wir hoffen, dass Sie trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub hatten.

Her er tale om et dejligt hus - men i 80'erne. Det ses eller mærkes desværre ikke at det er renoveret i 2002.
Det er et udlejningshus, som mangler brug af ejer, og derfor fungerer det ikke, som får fikset alt det som ikke fungerer og irriterer som gæst.
Blandt ting som generede os er: toiletbræt som ikke kan slås op. Myrer overalt. Et toilet som bliver drivvåde hele tiden, når poolen Også skal bruges. Madrasser som ikke er rene. Persienner som falder ned.
Huset er utæt, og det gjorde at vi trods godt vejr og brænde i brændeovnen brugte 130 kr i strøm pr dag - så poolen har sin pris.
Poolen er som den skal være dog!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Raumaufteilung. Ausreichende Ausstattung in der Küche, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Der Duschvorhang war extrem verkeimt, ebenso die Toilettenbürste. Da sollte unseres Erachtens dringend mal ein Austausch stattfinden.

In the old quarter of Løkken you will find the charming old fishing houses. When you collect your key you will receive a special brochure regarding your stay in a holiday home with swimming pool.
To enjoy a successful holiday you have to observe a few simple bathing rules, which are mentioned in the holiday home.
It costs energy to heat up large quantities of water. You can reduce the energy consumption by drawing the thermal cover over the swimming pool. By doing that you will reduce both the energy consumption and the evaporation in the pool area.
The water temperature of an indoor swimming pool typically varies between 24-28° C.
Control
All houses with swimming pool or pre-filled whirlpool will be visited by one of the specially trained service workers of Sol og Strand - at least once a week. The visit is free of charge.
The Environmental and Mulcipal Food Control Unit in Denmark educate our service workers and they have all received a diploma of swimmingpool technique and water quality. This is your guarantee for an accurate control with private swimming pools and whirlpools when you rent a holiday home with Sol og Strand. But still you cannot compare the swimming pools and whirlpools of a holiday home with common swimming baths.
The control visit could have been carried out just before your arrival - or perhaps it will take place during your stay.
During the control visit the chlorine and pH value will be analyzed, controlled and perhaps adjusted. Simultaneously the temperature and clearness of the water is controlled and the technique is tested.
Water quality
The water quality of the swimming pools and pre-filled whirlpools in holiday homes is superb. Therefore, it is important that you observe a few simple bathing rules that are available in the holiday home.
In order to give you the optimum water quality, the number of persons must correspond to the number of persons, which was stated by the booking. This is decisive in order for the service worker to dose the suitable amount of chlorine. The more persons, who use the swimming pool, the faster the chlorine is used. The chlorine value is adjusted individually in relation to your holiday.
