Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 4 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 156 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1913. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs. The holiday home is situated on a 267 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 100 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. It is possible to prepare the food in the outdoor kitchen.

Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 5 TVs. 4 DVD players. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Dette var et veldig fint hus, men egner seg ikke til vinterutleie. Det var veldig kaldt inne. Ovnene ga svært lite varme på kjøkken og i stua, og den nede i gangen virket ikke i det hele tatt. På soverommene virket ovnene, men der hadde vi jo ikke trengt de så mye som i oppholdsrommene. Vi prøvde å kontakte Sol og Strand for å få hjelp, men de var umulige å få tak i og kontoret var stengt. Vi anbefaler ingen å bo i dette huset i vintermånedene. I tilfelle må utleier sørge for at ovnene virker og gir nok varme, ELLER at det er ved til gjestene og at vedovner er mulig å fyre i.

Kære feriegæster. Vi er kede af at høre, at I har haft svært ved at holde varmen i huset. Det undrer os, for vi har ikke tidligere haft problemer med varmen i huset, på trods af, at huset har været udlejet rigtig meget i vinterperioden. Men vi beklager jeres oplevelse, og derfor har sommerhusets ejer bestilt en VVS-mand til at gennemgå varmesystemet. Det er korrekt, at vores kontor var lukket om lørdagen, men ringer I til os, kan andre lokalbureauer altid hjælpe jer. Med venlig hilsen jeres Sol og Strand team

Skagen, Østerby is an old, idyllic and evocative neighbourhood - right by the lovely bathing beach.

The former artists quarter north of the harbour appears with the same charm and atmosphere as in the 17th century with narrow streets, characteristic Skagen houses and a bascule light by the beach. The light and the motifs of the beach Skagen Sønderstrand, which lies right by the historic and cosy neighbourhood, inspired the artists. Østerby has a central location with walking distance to bathing beach, town centre, fishing harbour, marina and interesting attractions. In the centre of Skagen you can enjoy the harbour environment by the famous red fishing warehouses, shop in the interesting shops of the pedestrian street or let yourselves be served in the cafés, fish restaurants and pubs of Skagen.
Less than 3 from here the Kattegat and the Skagerrak collide by Grenen.
Skagen is an attractive and popular holiday destination for the whole family. This is not least due to the lovely beaches, the breathtaking nature, the attractions, the cosy urban life and the vivid harbour.
