The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer with a capacity of 20 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Situated 500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 250 m away. Access to a balcony. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping

places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. 1-3 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Jeg syntes at I skal give info til fremtidige lejer at det er ham som ejer huset som bor nedenunder, denne oplysning er meget vigtig pga. at ejeren er meget meget ugæstfri, det virker som om han ikke er interesseret i at leje det ud, men han er nok af økonomiske grunde nød til at leje det ud, og det er en uheldig situation for dem som lejer huset. Huset er mere eller mindre ok, dog manglede det rengøring, der lå sorte hår i vasken og kontaktlinser på badeværelset, og generelt beskidt, huset trænger til at blive kigget efter i sømmene. Der manglede lys i over halvdelen af de lamper der er i huset, og det er vel det mindste vi kan forvente til en leje på 26.000,- ( Godt det er de lyse måneder vi var der) Dette skal ikke tages som kritik men som en opfordring til at spørge udlejer om han virkelig vil leje huset ud, eller nærmere opfordre han til at IKKE leje det ud.

Skagen, Østerby is an old, idyllic and evocative neighbourhood - right by the lovely bathing beach.

The former artists quarter north of the harbour appears with the same charm and atmosphere as in the 17th century with narrow streets, characteristic Skagen houses and a bascule light by the beach. The light and the motifs of the beach Skagen Sønderstrand, which lies right by the historic and cosy neighbourhood, inspired the artists. Østerby has a central location with walking distance to bathing beach, town centre, fishing harbour, marina and interesting attractions. In the centre of Skagen you can enjoy the harbour environment by the famous red fishing warehouses, shop in the interesting shops of the pedestrian street or let yourselves be served in the cafés, fish restaurants and pubs of Skagen.
Less than 3 from here the Kattegat and the Skagerrak collide by Grenen.
Skagen is an attractive and popular holiday destination for the whole family. This is not least due to the lovely beaches, the breathtaking nature, the attractions, the cosy urban life and the vivid harbour.
