A gorgeous 103 m2 summer cottage from 2000 (partly renovated in 2010) with direct access to the fjord (10 metres) and placed on a 1401 m2 nature plot in a region of great natural beauty. Close by lies a bathing jetty. 1 pet is allowed. The house has place for 8 people and one infant. It is heated through an energy saving heat pump. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a wood burner, and for the infant a high childrens’ chair. Outdoors is a 70 m2 open terrace and a 25 m2 roofed terrace. It is possible to park at the house. There are 3 bedrooms, and the sleeping accommodation consist of 4 singlebeds, 1 sleeping couch (doublebed), and 3 mattresses plus 1 cot for the infant. In the kitchen is a refrigerator, a 60 l freezer, 4 ceramic hot-plates, fan ovens, and a dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms each with a shower cabinet and a toilet. There is 1 TV with HDMI cable and at least 4 Danish channels, DVD player, a smaller stereo radio/CD player. Nearest shopping possibilities lie in a distance of 4 kms from the house, and the nearest golf course lies approx. 16 kms away. Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is

103 m² and is build in 2000. In 2010 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer with a capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 1401 m² natural site. Situated 10 m from inlet. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15900 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).1 sleeping place on mattress.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Möglichkeit zum Spazierengehen ist begrenzter.

Vorab: Danke an die Leitung des örtlichen Sol og Strand Büros für den tollen Service! Einige Details POSITIV: Lage des Hauses und Grundstück NEGATIV: - Einrichtung veraltet und teilweise sehr ungepflegt (Beide Pfannen in der Küche extrem unbrauchbar, zerrissene Kissen, fleckige Matratzenschoner, Blutflecken in Bettwäsche, daher haben wir uns eigene Bettdecken gekauft.) Schon am Hauseingang stehen ein Campingtisch und eine verrostete Deko-Laterne, Bierflaschen als Deko muss man auch mögen. - Beruflich benötigter W-Lan-Zugang erst nach über 3 Stunden probieren und telefonieren möglich (lt. Katalog "W-LAN nicht Streaming-fähig"/ lt. Hausordner sollte eine SD-Karte ausgehändigt werden/ diese steckte jedoch schon im Router. Nach 3 stündigen Versuchen einen Internetzugang herzustellen, haben wir in unseren Geräten die Info des Netzbetreibers (auf Dänisch) lesen können dass "Datenvolumen gekauft werden muss"! Anschließend entstanden uns div. Mobilfunkkosten für viele Kontaktversuche mit Sol og Strand zu Klärung. (u.a. durch lange Warteschleifen-Zeiten bis zum ersten Kontakt). Den halben ersten Ferientag mit so etwas verbringen zu müssen, ist extrem ärgerlich. Wenn wir es nicht sofort versucht hätten den W-LAN-Zugang zu schalten, hätten wir vermutlich bis zum kommenden Montag warten müssen um jemanden bei Sol og Strand zu erreichen. Auch so waren wir fast eine Stunde in Telefonwarteschleifen gefangen. - Dekoration "sehr persönlich". Überall stehen (persönliche Kleinigkeiten der Eigentümer?) in Regalen, Schränken etc., das obligatorisch verlangte Reinigen aller Regale etc. beim Ausflug dauert dann extrem lange. - Wie im Gästebuch mehrmals erwähnt lassen sich einige Schlafbereiche und der Wohnbereich nicht verdunkeln. Dieses gilt u.a. für den größten Schlafbereich mit dem modernsten Bett. Dieses ist im Hochsommer sehr unbequem, wenn in den kleinen Schlafbereichen die Türen zur Verdunklung geschlossen werden müssen. Es wird stickig.. Ein Wunsch: Auch wenn im Katalog auf die ausschließlich dänischen Fernsehprogramme hingewiesen wird, ist eine Satelliten-Anlage heutzutage eigentlich in guten Ferienhäusern absoluter Standard. Zusammenfassung: Ich erwarte als Feriengast eigentlich dass solche "Probleme „wie oben geschildert, nicht auftreten. Auch wenn Sol og Strand sicher bei Problemen agiert, haben wir kein Interesse einen Teil der wichtigen Urlaubszeit mit der Kontaktaufnahme zu Vermietern oder Personen die Missstände beseitigen sollen, zu verbringen. Urlaub soll uns Ruhe und Entspannung bringen.

Grevinge - forest, water and interesting sights on the western part of Sealand.

The holiday house area of Grevinge is situated in quiet surroundings, about 3 km from the lovely beaches of the inlet 'Isefjord'. It is possible to buy groceries within a radius of 2 km, and the nearest larger town is Holbæk, which is situated 21 km from Grevinge. Only a few kilometres from the holiday house area you will find cromlechs from the prehistoric Denmark. Look forward to a holiday, which will be characterized by tempting beach, lovely nature, relaxation and historic impressions.

Sealand is surrounded by coast and offers kilometres of sandy beaches that range among the cleanest and most child-friendly beaches in Europe. Even the woods, bird sanctuaries and chalk cliffs don't resemble anything else. The nature of Sealand is beautiful and comprehensive.
The northern part of Sealand is characterized by some of Denmark's largest lakes and forests as well as some of the most beautiful and impressive, old royal palaces. In the south of Sealand you can experience the impressive cliff Stevns Klint.
