Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4000 m. A 14 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the

house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home. All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 3 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven. Dejligt sommerhus med en smukt have. Godt egnet til en familie med 1 eller 2 børn da der kun er tre senge. Ellers rigtig hyggeligt hus med en god beliggende. Mangle måske nogle basale køkken redskaber som en ovn mm.

The marked town Helsingør offers lovely nature, good beaches, the beautiful castle 'Kronborg Slot' as well as number of sights.

Helsingør is situated in the north-eastern corner of Sealand with a view to Helsingborg in Sweden. The town is famous for i.a. the castle 'Kronborg Slot' - one of Northern Europe's most significant Renaissance castles, the large, modern and evocative marina just north of the castle, the ferry harbour just south of the castle, the castle 'Marienlyst Slot', which is situated behind the marina, the lovely beaches as well as the many museums and leisure activities. Furthermore, you will find good shopping possibilities and a number of restaurants in town. The distances to forests, lakes, Sweden, famous holiday towns and small, cosy fishing hamlets are short.
