Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 59 m² and is build in 1977. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer with a capacity of 98 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 653 m² natural site. Situated 6000 m from the sea. Situated 200 m from lake. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1000 m. A 4 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. Swing.

The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, mini oven, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The data quantity is 60 GB per week. Is supplied as mobile broadband (SIM card).

Huset var ikke noget af det vi forvente. Da vi ankom til huset var der ingen varme tændt,Der var godt nok en varmepumpe Der var tændt men den gav ikke noget varme så den virker som den skulle. 15gr ikke meget den 5/12

The house was clean but is in bad need of an upgrade. Especially the bedrooms are screaming for new wallpapers. Those are old (70s?) and peeling from the walls. The beds are rather uncomfortable and bedding as well as mattresses should be renewed. The garden is fine, but the terrace is not very well cared for. Table and chairs are a bit shabby and dirty.

Tikøb is situated in North Sealand - between Helsingør and the untouched lake 'Esrum Sø'.

North Sealand is a popular holiday area, and Tikøb is situated right in the middle of it. From here it is not far to the lake 'Esrum Sø' (4 km) or the town Helsingør (13 km).
The area offers sights, leisure activities, a ferry connection to Sweden as well as the lovely beaches of the sound 'Øresund'. Tikøb is a small, vivid and active village with shops, a church and a museum. Enjoy a relaxing holiday among the friendly the locals or go on a daytrip to Sweden - the sail with the ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg takes 20 minutes.
