Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 1974. In 2003 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer with a capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 350 m. Swing. Carport

is at your disposal. All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet. The holiday home contains 1 TV. Habe eine Wochen im Ferienhaus… Habe eine Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Nicht nur das es nicht gerade günstig ist EUR 735,00. Aber das weis man ja vorher. Sondern die hohen Nebenkosten insbesondere der Verbrauch der Heizung. Das dann noch der falsche Zählerstand berechnet wird 383 KW/h waren es tatsächlich. Berechnet wurden 504 KM/h. Das grenzt schon an unseriös. Letztendlich ist der Endpreis von EUR 1.050,00 den schlechten Zustand des Hauses und scheinbar der Elektrik diesen hohen Preis nicht Wert. Ich kann es trotzdem nicht fassen, dass eine Person soviel Energie mit der Heizung verbrauchen kann. Es geht nicht darum, dass der Verbrauch runterreguliert wurde. Es geht darum, dass Ihr versucht habt mehr zu berechnen. Es wird keinen weiteren Aufenthalt mehr bei Ihnen geben.

Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Flair und wir mögen es sehr. Die Ausstattung ist ok, Grundriss und Lage sind top! Es ist etwas ausgebessert worden und der leicht muffige Geruch ist etwas zurück gegangen...nur die Betten müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden... Sonst ist alles bestens, auch der Service von So ob Strand!

Das Haus roch muffig, leider hat sich der Geruch auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gebessert. Im Badezimmer keine Heizung. Einrichtung lieblos und teilweise zerschlissen sowie fleckig. Pluspunkt: viel Geschirr, E-Geräte neuwertig.

Falls es in der Hausbeschreibung noch nicht erwähnt wird : im Badezimmer ist eine Fussbodenheizung verbaut, im Wohnbereich ist eine Klimaanlage, die auch heizt, angebracht. Wir haben diese Art der Heizung ausschließlich genutzt. Die Wärme kommt leider nicht bis in den Küchen/Essbereich. Da ist die Wand im Wege.Der Besteckkasten könnte mal aufgefrischt werden ( stumpfe Messer). Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. Die Fernbedienung für die Sat- Anlage passt irgendwie nicht dazu.

Langdal - holiday homes by an unspoiled nature area on Rømø

Langdal on the southern part of Rømø is a cosy holiday area, which contains houses with thatched roofs. Langdal is situated right by the scenic plantation 'Vråby Plantage', and close to a lovely beach. Towards south the nature is characterized by trees, moor, dunes and heather, and before you reach the dike and the beach, the gravel road leads you through areas Sønderstrand and Landsende. The area appears very untouched because of the thick nature and the rich animal life in the plantation. You will find many leisure activities, more restaurants and good shopping possibilities close to Langdal.
In Havneby, 3 km from Langdal, you will experience a cosy harbour area with a quite unique and peaceful island harbour atmosphere.
The lovely nature, the long wide and sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the fresh sea breeze, the rich wildlife, the many birds, the well-preserved Rømø-farms and the cosy atmosphere makes Rømø an interesting holiday destination.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
