Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in diesem wirklich sehr schönen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Mit Fußbodenheizung im Bad, im Wohnzimmer Wärmepumpe morgens und Kaminfeuer abends haben wir die kalte Zeit am Anfang gut und auch kostengünstig überstanden. Man kann dieses Haus bestens weiterempfehlen. Rehe, Hasen und Fasane haben uns oft besucht. In diesem Haus würden wir gerne jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Wir haben dieses eigentlich nette Haus bereits zum dritten Mal in gleicher Nutzung gebucht, wobei die Vorauszahlung der Nebenkosten bisher immer ausreichte. Aber dieses Mal mussten wir für 7 Tage unerklärliche 187,50 € Heizkosten bei lediglich 19° Zimmertemperatur zahlen, und das ist einfach entschieden zu viel. Da hätte auch der Kaminofen recht wenig genutzt, da dieser nur den Wohnraum aufwärmt und immer wieder neu angezündet werden muss. Das Holz verbrennt recht schnell, denn man hält sich ja nicht nur im Haus auf und nachts ist der Kaminofen aus. Holz muss natürlich selbst gekauft werden. Das Bad und die Schlafzimmer bleiben ohne Elektroheizung eiskalt. Außerdem sind die beiden Türen und die große Fensterfront eine extreme Kältebrücke, so dass die vorhandenen Heizungen im gesamten Haus genutzt werden müssen. Denn wer will am Morgen in eiskalten Räumen seinen Urlaubstag starten. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass der m³ Wasser mit über 8 € berechnet wird. Nein, zur kalten Jahreszeit werden wir bei den Heizkosten Römö meiden. Aber, das kann ja jeder für sich entscheiden.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus mit Besuch von Rehen, Hase und Fasan, verbracht. Unsere Malteserhündin hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei dem kalten Wetter mit Wind, Regen und Schnee hat der Kaminofen für eine hyggelige Atmosphäre gesorgt. Eine Stern Abzug gebe ich für die etwas eigenwillige Küchenausstattung 😉: über Geschirrmangel kann man sich nicht beschweren, dass ist ausreichend vorhanden! Auch Besteck ist keine Mangelware; schön wäre ein Dosenöffner (fehlt aber meistens und den habe ich immer im Reisegepäck) ein Messbecher, sowie Töpfe mit passendem Deckel bzw. überhaupt einem Deckel! Auch vielleicht ein zwei größere Schüsseln zum anrichten wären super. Eine Suppenkelle ist nur in Größe einer Soßenkelle vorhanden. Aber das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, denn man kann ja improvisieren 🤗! Die elektrischen Küchengeräte erfüllen auf jeden Fall hervorragend ihren Dienst. Alles in allem ist dieses Haus sehr empfehlenswert! Abschließend noch ein dickes Dankeschön an das Team von Sol ob Strand! Der Service von Euch ist hervorragend!

Eine wunderschöne Lage umgeben von Wald und ruhig.Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Einteilung der Zimmer und einen zentral gelegten Kamin. Dadurch wird es schnell muckelig warm. In allen Zimmern gute Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten (Schränke ,Haken und Bügel).Die Küche ist gut bestückt(Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, Gläser usw.).Aber das tollste war die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei der Ankunft. Ein toller Urlaub, Danke.

Langdal - holiday homes by an unspoiled nature area on Rømø

Langdal on the southern part of Rømø is a cosy holiday area, which contains houses with thatched roofs. Langdal is situated right by the scenic plantation 'Vråby Plantage', and close to a lovely beach. Towards south the nature is characterized by trees, moor, dunes and heather, and before you reach the dike and the beach, the gravel road leads you through areas Sønderstrand and Landsende. The area appears very untouched because of the thick nature and the rich animal life in the plantation. You will find many leisure activities, more restaurants and good shopping possibilities close to Langdal.
In Havneby, 3 km from Langdal, you will experience a cosy harbour area with a quite unique and peaceful island harbour atmosphere.
The lovely nature, the long wide and sandy beach, the Wadden Sea, the North Sea, the fresh sea breeze, the rich wildlife, the many birds, the well-preserved Rømø-farms and the cosy atmosphere makes Rømø an interesting holiday destination.

Western Jutland - the Danish esplanade

 

The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland.
If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south.
By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.
