Complaints regarding cleaning must be communicated to Sol og Strand immediately on the day of arrival. Any other complaints must also be communicated as soon as possible in order to enable us to find a solution. According to Danish legislation, the holiday guest must allow Sol og Strand a reasonable time-limit for remedy of the defect/shortage, communicated by the holiday guest. Any compensation will be calculated from the time when Sol og Strand receives the complaint.
IMPORTANT! If you leave the holiday home without informing Sol og Strand verbally and without allowing us a reasonable period for remedy of defects, Sol og Strand cannot be held liable for any refund/compensation as you have made it impossible for us to put things in order.
