Cancellation

Naturally, you can cancel all tenancies against a reasonable compensation. The size of the compensation depends on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the arrival date.

Compensation by cancellation of tenancy agreement with Sol og Strand:

Up to 56 days before arrival: 33% of the total rental amount, minimum EUR 80
55 to 14days before arrival: 75% of the total rental amount, minimum EUR 80
From 13 days before arrival to the day of arrival: 100% of the total rental amount

Conveyance of rental agreement
The tenant is allowed to transfer the rental agreement to another tenant – against an expedition handling charge of EUR 70. The information regarding this must be given in writing from both involved parties to Sol og Strand.

Cancellation of the tenancy can be done per email to annulleringer@sologstrand.dk. Please state the order number and the reason of cancellation.
