On arrival, you can collect the key after 16:00. If this time is changed it will be stated under the comments about the holiday home or in the rental agreement.
If you expect to arrive very late or at a date that is later than the date given in the rental agreement, please notify us of this in good time, so that we can agree on/arrange for the picking up of the key and can adjust the heating during cold periods.
If anything is damaged or missing, please contact the local office as quickly as possible so we can deal with the issue.
Please remember that on departure, you must leave the holiday home by 10:00 at the latest, so that our staff have enough time to prepare the holiday home for the next expectant holiday visitors.
