The distances, stated on the website, are intended as guidelines only and are estimations, based on the distance in a direct line. Therefore, the walk or drive along the roads and paths can be considerably longer than indicated. Please respect our areas of natural beauty by using the marked paths and roads.
A short distance to the beach does not always mean that you can walk directly to the shore, as e.g. steep shores and private property can prevent the direct access. In some cases, a road may separate the holiday home from the beach.
At low water the distance will be longer than the one, stated in the house presentation.
Please note that distances to the nearest grocer's shop can vary, as some shops are only open during the high season
